They allow me an artist to practice technique. I like to think of it as perfecting the power of a punch.
Don't get me wrong, I know without doubt that my paintings are not perfect, and that they are far from it. It is just a process of moving forward that keeps me creating, finding another wonder that takes me to another step. Maybe someday I will get there, but then again, I am not sure that I care to when it is the process that I love.
For now I will just share.... both are 6 inch oil on gallery wrap canvas, sides are 1.5 inches deep painted deep umber and arrive ready to hang.
